Ryan Scott
Managing Director

"I am a professionally qualified Recruitment Director with over 20 years’ experience of leading teams in fast paced temp recruitment sectors. I co-founded S4S Team in February 2018 with the aim of making our company a leading example of how a dental agency can serve our clients and candidates in ways which benefit everyone. As well as managing the day to day endeavours of S4S Team, I specialise in further developing and growing our ethical and forward thinking business."
Interests:
My spare time is dedicated to spending quality time with my wife and 3 children and also coaching Dronfield Town FC Girls Under 10’s. Despite the old age I also play football regularly myself and I am a keen runner. As well as taking part in regular running events such as the Sheffield Half Marathon, I have also previously participated in white collar boxing events too! The shape of my nose is testament to this!

“I am the Marketing & People Engagement Director at S4S Team, where I lead our marketing strategies, brand presence, and people-focused initiatives. My role involves managing our social media campaigns, content creation, and engagement strategies to ensure S4S Team’s online presence is vibrant, dynamic, and reflective of who we are as a company.
I have been part of S4S Team since 2019 and, prior to my current role, I spent 15 years as a dental nurse, gaining hands-on experience across various specialties. My background in dental nursing, combined with my Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) qualification from the Digital Marketing Institute, allows me to effectively connect with both dental professionals and practices through engaging marketing strategies.
Beyond marketing, I am passionate about supporting our team of locum dental nurses. As the Well-Being Ambassador and a certified Mental Health First Aider, I lead initiatives to promote a positive and supportive work environment. I also organise company events, from team-building activities to social gatherings, ensuring our team stays connected and valued.

Interests
I love spending time with my Partner, our Son, Ted and our two dogs, Loki & Vin. I enjoy baking, travelling, going to the cinema, and exploring new places with family and friends.

With over 10 years’ experience in finance across retail banking, B2B, and B2C environments, I bring a meticulous and methodical approach to my role as Finance Manager at S4S Team. I’m highly proficient in accounting systems and thrive on creating streamlined processes that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
I’m a naturally positive and enthusiastic person who enjoys problem-solving and working collaboratively. I take real pride in building strong working relationships and maintaining a high standard of accuracy in all that I do. From daily bookkeeping to management accounts and forecasting, I oversee the financial health of the business and ensure everything balances as it should.
Interests:
Spending quality time with my 7-year-old son, tackling a good puzzle (numbers or otherwise!), and making the most of long countryside walks.
Regional Business Manager

“I am the Area Development Manager for S4S Team's Northern Region which covers West Yorkshire, North Yorkshire and East Yorkshire. My job role includes working closely with, and coordinating our highly trained and experienced team of nurses, as well as building valuable relationships with both our clients and nurses. I am the point of contact for all dental practices in need of locum support and dental nurses exploring locum opportunities in our Northern Region.
Having worked as a Dental Nurse for 6+ years, with 1 of those working full time as a Locum Dental Nurse for S4S Team, I have a great understanding of the clinical, efficient, communicative and adaptable requirements of a Locum Dental Nurse, along with an in-depth understanding of the pressures of ensuring the day in a dental practice runs exceptionally well at all times.
My clinical experience includes working in oral surgery, orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics and cosmetic treatments, some of which included high risk patients/ emergencies or difficult cases in the Oral Maxillofacial department.
I absolutely love playing a big part in ensuring that practices and clinicians can continue caring for their patients without disruption or difficulty, with the help of our outstanding nurses and ease of booking with S4S Team.”

“I am the Area Development Manager for S4S Team’s Southern Region which covers South Yorkshire, East and West Midlands. My role involves me working with dental practices in these areas to provide locum dental nursing support, coordinating our existing team of locum dental nurses and also being the point contact for new recruits looking to join our locum team.
As well as previously working as a dental nurse in specialist areas such as implants, orthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and working as a Treatment Coordinator, I also worked for S4S Team as a locum dental nurse for 2 years. During this time I built strong working relationships with our existing clients and our locum dental nursing team members. These relationships and transferable skills really help to further build S4S Team’s client base and locum team in my area.”
Interests:
My spare time is usually spent with my fiancé and our cat Roley Poley. I enjoy travelling, music festivals in the UK and abroad, weekend walks and going swimming.

I am the Area Support Consultant at S4S Team, where I work closely with our practices and locum professionals to ensure a seamless, positive, and efficient experience for everyone involved. My role involves supporting our team across the region, managing bookings, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring that our high standards of service are consistently met.
I bring over 7 years’ experience as a CertRP-qualified recruitment professional, with a strong background in retail. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about working with people and delivering an exceptional customer service experience. My genuine care for others is what drew me to recruitment—helping connect the right people with the right opportunities and seeing both clients and candidates thrive.
Before joining S4S Team, I developed my skills in fast-paced, people-focused environments, and I’m proud to bring that same energy, dedication, and attention to detail to my work today.

I’m an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer at S4S Team, where I get to connect with amazing dental professionals and help match them with practices that need their skills. My day-to-day can be pretty varied—from searching for the right candidates to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes—making sure both our clients and candidates have a great experience.
I’m currently working towards my Level 3 Recruitment qualification, so I’m learning on the job and gaining valuable hands-on experience at the same time. Even though I didn’t come from a recruitment background, I was instantly drawn to the role because it’s all about people. I love being part of a team, meeting new faces, and finding the perfect fit between a candidate’s strengths and the right opportunity. The supportive, welcoming environment at S4S Team has made it the perfect place to learn, grow, and really enjoy what I do.
A bit about me
When I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me at a gig or festival—I’m a huge live music fan and love the energy of being in the crowd. I’m also a big film lover, so I’m just as happy with a cinema trip or a cosy movie night. Living near the Peak District means I can escape into nature whenever I need to recharge, and I never get tired of the views. I also love travelling and am always on the lookout for my next adventure, exploring new countries and soaking up different cultures.

I am an Area Support Consultant at S4S Team, where I support practices and locum professionals across the region to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience. My role involves coordinating bookings, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and helping to uphold the high standards of service S4S Team is known for. I joined S4S Team in early 2026 and work closely alongside Meg, supporting the Southern region.
I bring a strong background in both sales and dentistry, with my most recent role being Assistant Practice Manager at a Sheffield-based dental practice. Having worked in people-focused environments throughout my career, supporting teams and delivering excellent service has always been at the centre of what I do. I am highly self-motivated, take pride in leading by example, and always strive to do everything to the best of my ability. As a true team player with a positive mindset and attitude, I focus on delivering consistent, reliable support to both practices and clinicians.
Interests
Outside of work, my time is mostly dedicated to family and football. I play for Handsworth Ladies First Team and also help out with my daughter’s Under 12s team. Growing up in a generation where opportunities for girls in sport were limited, it’s important to me to give something back to the grassroots game and support the Lionesses of the future.Fun Fact
