Your dedicated Area Development Manager
Depending on your practices location you will be looked after by one of our dedicated Area Development Managers. Our ADM’s, Meg and Chloe love to get out and about to meet our clients to get to truly understand your individual practice environment and to build trusting working relationships with you. They are on call from 6.30am to 10.30pm and at weekends to give you the reassurance that we can act upon any emergency staffing needs you may have, no matter when they arise. Meg and Chloe are both qualified and highly experienced specialist dental nurses who have both worked as highly valued members of S4S Team’s locum team themselves, before their step up to Area Development Manager level. We have a high number of nurses in our team who are experienced in specialist sectors of Dentistry, including Orthodontics, Sedation, Implants and Oral Surgery. This means that S4S Team are able to provide an excellent standard of support to specialist Dentists so that specialist clinics do not need to be cancelled in times of when you maybe short staffed.
As well as our fantastic team of locum dental nurses we also have a select team of S4S Team Ambassadors and fully employed Field Dental Nurses, who are chosen for consistently representing our company to the very highest standards. We believe S4S Team’s compliance processes are the most robust of any agency out there. As part of our digital transformation we have rigorous onboarding procedures in place for new additions to our locum team, which is carried out through our own tailor-made smartphone app. This includes completing a government certified biometric Right to Work check, obtaining two written references, dental qualification and CPD (including medical emergencies & safeguarding) verification checks, DBS checks, indemnity insurance checks and Hep B immunisation certificate checks. Once completed the electronic file is sent to our dedicated Compliance Administrator who validates all compliance checks before our ADM’s are authorised to start introducing the locum dental nurse to our clients. Not only do we have this process in place for any new additions to our team, we also continuously check our existing locum team too. Our state-of-the-art compliance software alerts us when any of our team’s certification is due to expire giving us plenty of notice so that we can renew any necessary compliance documentation well before they expire. This guarantees that all of our locum team, both new and established, are CQC compliant at all times and gives you and your practice complete peace of mind when using S4S Team’s locum services.

Your online Client Shift Manager portal
Part of S4S Team’s recent digital transformation is the introduction of our online Client Shift Manager portal. This extremely useful online tool enables you to view all of the upcoming bookings that you have made with your Area Development Manager and confirms which nurse we have booked in for you on which dates, as well as the start and finish times of the shifts. It also updates in real time, so if on the rare occasion we have to swap your nurse for another member of our locum team, the change is visible to you straight away. It saves hiring managers lots of time going back and forth between our agency confirming bookings and acts as a reminder for those times when you aren’t sure if you booked staff cover when you needed to. It even has the facility to download all previous signed electronic timesheet so you can match these up to the invoices we send and to keep for your records.

Your dedicated accounts contact
We truly appreciate the importance of a smooth-running accounts and invoicing system. We work with some of the country’s largest dental care providers, supplying multiple practices within their groups so have a great understanding of the value of accuracy and efficiency. We have an simple invoicing process in place which ensures that you are always in the picture regarding your account with S4S Team. We email our invoices every Monday and send you a monthly statement on the 1st working day of each month. As well as paying by BACS transfer, for further ease of payment, you can pay invoices online with a credit or debit card as well as through PayPal. We offer 30-day payment terms to give you the convenience of paying your balance monthly too.
