Everything you need, all in one app
Working as a Locum Dental Nurse with S4S Locum Team is simple.
Our easy-to-use app takes care of everything from registration and compliance documents to bookings, availability and timesheets.
Add the days you’re available to work as far in advance as you like, and we’ll only offer you shifts on those days. When a booking is made, you’ll receive a notification and can accept or decline it directly through the app.
Your app also keeps your full work diary in one place, including practice details, shift times, parking information and the full address — with a direct link to Google Maps to help get you straight to the door.
Timesheets are completed and submitted through the app too, keeping everything quick and straightforward.
And importantly, our shifts are not allocated on a first come, first served basis.
We use a fair and ethical booking process based on practical factors such as location, suitability and your previous experience with a practice. That means you don’t need to spend your day constantly checking your phone to compete for shifts.

Alongside competitive Monday-to-Friday rates and enhanced weekend pay, we offer additional earning opportunities including an uplifted same-day booking rate when you step in to help a practice at short notice.
Have additional qualifications or specialist experience? We also offer enhanced rates for specialist nursing shifts, including Sedation, Orthodontics, Implants and Oral Surgery.
Our Locum Dental Nurses are paid monthly, making it easier to plan around regular household bills and monthly commitments.
