One of our Area Development Managers, either Chloe (Northern Region) and Meg (Southern Region) will be your trusted points of contact with S4S Team. Their own in-depth knowledge and understanding enables them to offer you the very best support and guidance throughout your journey with S4S Team.
S4S Team’s very own app – just for you!
Working as a Locum Dental Nurse within S4S Team has never been easier!
As well using our tailor-made S4S Team app to fill out your registration forms and to securely download all of your compliance documentation when registering with S4S Team, we also manage all of our bookings through our easy to use smartphone app too. You can add your availability for work as far in advance as you wish and we will only book you at practices on the days you mark yourself as free to work. You can then accept or decline any shifts we book when you receive a notification. All timesheets are filled out and submitted through your app too!
Your S4S Team app contains your diary of work and includes which practices you are booked in at on which dates, the start and finish times, parking details and full address which you can click on to open Google Maps so your Sat Nav can take you straight to the door of the practice! We make it so easy for you to plan and prepare for your shifts!
We do NOT work on a first come first serve basis when it comes to allocating bookings either. We have a fair and ethical booking allocation process which is based on practicality, location and your past experiences at the practice.
Your opportunity to earn more!
As well rewarding our nurses with our generous Monday to Friday pay rates and uplifted weekend rates, we also offer extra pay incentives such as our ‘same day booking’ rate. We understand that getting a call in the morning to go to a practice that very same day can seem a little daunting at times. That’s why we offer our team members an uplifted pay rate for ‘on the day’ work as a thank you for your dedication and adaptability at short notice.
We also offer additional supplemented pay rates for specialist dental nursing shifts such as Sedation, Orthodontics, Implants or Oral Surgery, to reward you even further for the hard-earned experience that you have gained.
Unlike the majority of agencies who offer outdated weekly pay system, S4S Team have adapted with times and pay on a monthly basis. We feel that this enables our nurses to more easily manage their monthly direct debits and budget better for household bills. We do also appreciate that some months can be tougher than others so also provide advances on wages to give you that extra peace of mind should you need it.

Your Continued Professional Development
If working with S4S Team is your only dental related job, we provide you with your own login details for our group CPD subscription with Agilio iLearn (formerly Isopharm). We also host Core CPD events at our offices or arrange outside courses for modules which require face to face learning such Medical Emergencies/CPR. We also want to ensure that our nurses have opportunities to upskill and will be introducing iTero scanning courses for our team very soon!
