Through our app, we complete and verify key checks including:
Biometric Right to Work verification
Two written references
Dental qualifications and relevant CPD
DBS status
Indemnity insurance
Hepatitis B immunisation evidence
Core training including Medical Emergencies and Safeguarding
Once complete, every compliance file is reviewed and validated by our dedicated Compliance Administrator before the nurse is approved to work with our clients.
And compliance doesn’t stop after registration. Our systems continuously monitor expiry dates and alert us well in advance when documents or certification need to be renewed.

That experience underpins how we operate today — as a professionally run employment business with robust processes, proper governance and a strong focus on compliance.
We operate in accordance with the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, and our business is subject to oversight by the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate.
