Millie Kitcher
Ambassador Dental Nurse

Millie is one of S4S Teamโs highly skilled and experienced Ambassador Nurses, known for her professionalism, precision, and warm, friendly nature. She began her dental nursing career at just 16 through an apprenticeship, qualifying soon after. Her passion for dentistry took her abroad, where she spent an unforgettable six weeks working as a dental nurse in Greece before briefly stepping away from nursing to gain experience in a dental lab.
Millie joined S4S Team in January 2024 and instantly fell back in love with dental nursing, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge, an exceptional work ethic, and a natural ability to make every patient feel at ease.
Outside of work, Millieโs greatest passion is travelling. If sheโs not in surgery, youโll probably find her by the beach, soaking up the sun and exploring new destinations.
A fun fact about Millie: Channel 5 once featured her and her family in a holiday documentary, capturing her love for adventure on camera.
Her worst habit? Leaving her belongings behind at practices. Sheโs even made it all the way to her car before realising sheโd left her keys inside.
And as for her secret talent, Millieโs colleagues joke that she has psychic powers in surgery. She can often guess the exact shade tab before even holding it to the tooth and seems to know what the dentist needs before theyโve asked, with almost spooky levels of accuracy.

Morgan Wood

Morgan is one of S4S Teamโs highly skilled and experienced Ambassador Nurses, recognised for her dedication, adaptability, and passion for professional growth. She began her journey in dental nursing in 2019 and joined S4S Team in 2021, quickly becoming a valued and respected member of the team. More recently, Morgan has expanded her expertise by training in implant dentistry, embracing the new challenge and the exciting opportunities it brings.
Outside of work, Morgan is a firm believer in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. Sheโs an avid swimmer, often completing 60 to 100 lengths per session, followed by a well-deserved sauna to unwind. Recently, sheโs added running and gym training to her routine, all in preparation for her next big goal โ the Manchester Half Marathon next year.
When sheโs not working or training, Morgan loves to indulge in a little retail therapy. Online shopping is her guilty pleasure, and itโs rare for a week to pass without a delivery (or two) arriving at her door.
A fun fact about Morgan: during a recent girlsโ trip to Venice with her mum, she spotted several A-list celebrities โ including Jeff Bezos at his wedding!
Her worst habit? She canโt leave the house without making sure every room is spotless and her bed is perfectly made.
And for her secret talent, Morgan proudly claims her title as an endurance queen, able to swim at least 60 lengths of a 25-metre pool non-stop.

Victoria is one of S4S Teamโs highly skilled and experienced Ambassador Dental Nurses, bringing an incredible 26 years of nursing knowledge and enthusiasm to every practice she supports. She is known for her professionalism, reliability, and passion for patient care.
Victoria began her dental nursing career over two decades ago and joined S4S Team in 2023. Alongside her extensive experience in dentistry, sheโs also trained in aesthetics, adding another dimension to her skill set and showcasing her ongoing commitment to professional growth.
Outside of surgery, Victoria channels her drive and determination into bodybuilding and fitness, maintaining a strong and focused mindset both in and out of the workplace.
A fun fact about Victoria: she once lived in Spain and spent time travelling through Thailand, embracing her adventurous spirit and love for new experiences.
Her worst habit? Treating herself a little too often โ whether itโs clothes, makeup, or adding another tattoo to her growing collection.
And as for her secret talent, Victoria is an accomplished showjumper, a passion that began in her younger years when she owned her own horse.
Maisy McCormack

Maisy is one of S4S Teamโs talented and dedicated Ambassador Dental Nurses, admired for her enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine passion for dentistry. She began her dental nursing journey in 2022 at just 17 years old, starting out at a lovely practice in Sheffield where she discovered her love for patient care and the dental field.
At the beginning of 2025, Maisy joined S4S Team to enjoy greater flexibility while she trains to become a Dental Hygienist and Therapist. Although she doesnโt yet hold any post-qualifications, she has a particular interest in radiography and plans to pursue it in the near future.
Outside of work, Maisy is always keeping active. Whether sheโs at the gym, out for a run, or baking something sweet to unwind.
A fun fact about Maisy: she once skydived from 15,000 feet over Australia, showcasing her adventurous spirit and love for new experiences.
Her worst habit? Leaving things behind at practices, with water bottles being the usual culprit.
And as for her secret talent, Maisy can smash out 10 pull-ups in a row ๐ช an impressive feat that reflects her strength and determination both in and out of the surgery.

Lauren is one of S4S Teamโs skilled and dependable Ambassador Nurses, recognised for her professionalism, versatility, and caring approach in every practice she supports. Before joining S4S Team in March 2023, she worked at York Hospital within the Head and Neck department, gaining valuable experience and broadening her clinical expertise.
She has a strong background in both Orthodontic Nursing and Oral Surgery, making her a confident and capable nurse across a range of dental environments.
Outside of work, Lauren loves travelling to different countries, keeping active at the gym, indulging in some shopping, and spending time with her beloved cat.
A fun fact about Lauren is that sheโs an identical twin, something that often surprises people when they first meet her.
Her worst habit? Making a few too many unnecessary purchases โ but she calls it retail therapy at its finest!

She began her dental nursing career in 2022 after realising that college and her original course werenโt quite the right fit โ and she hasnโt looked back since.
She joined S4S Team in July 2025, bringing with her valuable experience in implants and oral surgery, as well as a passion for patient care and teamwork.
Outside of work, Grace loves all things self-care, enjoys Pilates, and never misses an opportunity for a little shopping.
A fun fact about Grace: she originally wanted to be a funeral director, but fate had other plans for her career path.
Her worst habit? Treating herself to a Starbucks every morning, even if it means waking up an hour earlier just to grab her beloved matcha.
And her secret talent? She can pull off a spot-on Shania Twain tribute act โ as long as the musicโs loud enough!

Lacey is one of S4S Teamโs highly valued and experienced Ambassador Nurses, admired for her professionalism, warmth, and strong commitment to patient care. She began her dental nursing career in 2020 through an apprenticeship, after originally planning to pursue general nursing, which soon led her to discover her true passion for dentistry.
She joined S4S Team in January and has loved dental nursing even more ever since, thriving in the flexibility, variety, and supportive team environment that being an ambassador brings.
Outside of work, Lacey enjoys travelling, spending time with her dogs, going on walks, and staying active at the gym. Her love for animals is hard to miss, and a fun fact about Lacey is that she has nine dogs at home ๐ถ.
Her worst habit? Spending a little too much on clothes and things she doesnโt really need, though sheโll always say itโs worth it.
Gracie Wainwright

Gracie is one of S4S Teamโs talented and creative Ambassador Nurses, known for her professionalism, positive energy, and passion for learning. She began her dental nursing journey at the end of 2020 after a long and successful career in retail. Following two years of training and a further two years qualified, Gracie decided to join S4S Team in December 2025, eager to expand her experience within the dental field, meet new people, and support practices across different settings.
Gracie has valuable experience assisting with implants, surgical extractions, orthodontics, and even a little facial aesthetics, showcasing her adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
Outside of work, Gracie is a passionate creative, spending her free time crocheting, knitting, painting, and drawing, with a special talent for creating lifelike portraits.
A fun fact about Gracie: in 2023, she tried her hand at stand-up comedy โ and it didnโt go awful, which she counts as a definite win! ๐
Her worst habit? Talking about her dogs. A lot.

With four years of dental nursing experience, she takes pride in creating calm, comfortable, and positive experiences for patients throughout their treatment.
She joined S4S Team in September 2025, bringing with her a genuine enthusiasm for dentistry, a strong commitment to patient care, and a bright, friendly personality that shines in every practice she visits.
Outside of work, Robyn is embracing her fitness journey, enjoying time at the gym and challenging herself to reach new goals. Sheโs also a keen singer, finding it the perfect way to relax, unwind, and have fun.
Robyn has a growing passion for aesthetics and beauty and is trained in treatments that help people feel their best. She also brings creativity to the team with her marketing and social media skills, using them to share tips and connect with others.

Shayma is one of S4S Teamโs bright, skilled, and committed Ambassador Nurses, known for her strong clinical ability, friendly nature, and genuine passion for patient care. She began her dental nursing journey in October 2020, after training as a paramedic for two years and realising that dentistry was the career she truly connected with.
She joined S4S Team in October 2024, hoping to rediscover her love for dental nursing โ and it worked. Meeting new teams, experiencing different environments, and assisting with a variety of composite bonding cases quickly reignited that spark. Now, she often says she wishes sheโd started locuming sooner.
Shaymaโs favourite part of the job? A juicy perio case full of calculus โ she finds the entire process incredibly satisfying and says it gives her ASMR vibes. Alongside this, she completed an Access to Health course with aspirations of becoming a Dental Hygienist and Therapist in the future.
Outside of work, youโll usually find Shayma on holiday, discovering new food spots, or indulging in a bit of Home Bargains therapy (her happy place!).
A fun fact about Shayma: she can speak, read, and write Urdu fluently.
Her worst habit? She canโt keep her leg still during treatment. Dentists often think sheโs anxious, but itโs simply her โshaky leg syndromeโ โ even though she barely notices it.
And her secret talent? She can flip her eyelids inside outโฆ and still see perfectly fine!

Laura is one of S4S Teamโs shining stars, formerly an Ambassador Nurse who has now begun an exciting new chapter, studying to become a Dental Hygienist and Therapist at university. Her journey with S4S and within dentistry reflects her dedication, ambition, and passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
Laura began her dental nursing career six years ago, training at a lovely NHS practice where she built a strong foundation in both clinical skills and patient support. After qualifying, she worked part-time in a private practice while completing an Access to Biochemical Science course, combining hands-on experience with academic study.
During her two years with S4S Team, Laura developed into a specialist nurse, gaining experience in implant nursing, minor oral surgery, and orthodontics. She is also qualified in dental radiography, allowing her to support a wide range of clinical procedures.
Outside of work and study, Laura loves spending time with her friends, enjoying everything from seaside trips and countryside walks to a lively night out.
A fun fact about Laura: she used to take part in pageants, winning several titles while proudly representing the Midlands region and raising money for charity.
Her secret talent? Sheโs a former ice skater and can still perform a full routine, complete with jumps.
Her bad habit? She talks a lot โ something her colleagues and dentists know all too well!

Sydney brings one of the most unique backgrounds to S4S Team, having previously worked as a professional dancer before moving into dentistry. She began her dental nursing career in 2022, trading the stage for the surgery and carrying over the discipline, focus, and precision that dance instilled in her.
She joined S4S Team in July 2025, and since then has developed a real passion for her work. Sydney has experience across cosmetic, implant, and orthodontic nursing, and is known for her calm presence, excellent handโeye coordination, and natural ability to anticipate whatโs needed next.
Outside of work, Sydney channels the same drive she once had on stage into training and competing at the gym, pushing herself towards new strength and fitness goals.
A fun fact about Sydney: she can lift more than triple her body weight in certain weightlifting exercises โ an impressive achievement by anyoneโs standards.
Her worst habit? Being a perfectionist, yet somehow still managing to leave a trail of tupperware behind wherever she goes.
And her secret talent is one that stems straight from her dance career โ she can pick up complex routines and choreography incredibly quickly, a skill that also shines through in her coordination and timing in surgery.

Sally is one of S4S Teamโs shining stars, bringing over 33 years of dental nursing experience and a wealth of knowledge to every practice she supports. She first joined S4S Team in 2020 and has been a valued member ever since, known for her professionalism, warmth, and commitment to patient care.
Her long and rewarding career began in 1987, with a short break before returning to the profession in 1997. Over the years, Sally has gained extensive experience working in both general practice and community dental services, developing a deep understanding of all aspects of dental care and teamwork.
Outside of work, Sally is a keen fell walker and loves spending time outdoors. Each year, she takes on the 1,000 Mile Challenge, aiming to walk 1,000 miles annually โ a true testament to her determination and love of the great outdoors.
Her worst habit? At home, she admits sheโs not the best at keeping her drawers tidy โ though everything else is perfectly in order!

Alison Smith

Alison is one of S4S Teamโs cherished Shining Star Nurses, bringing over 20 years of dental nursing experience and a warm, grounded approach to every practice she supports. She began her career straight out of school, gaining her NVQ Level 3 in Oral Healthcare in 2004.
Originally starting a college course in hair and beauty, Alison soon realised it wasnโt for her and accepted a trainee dental nurse role โ a decision she has never looked back on.
Outside of work, Alison loves anything outdoors. Whether sheโs hiking, biking, or enjoying long walks with her Labrador, Chester, sheโs happiest out in nature. Sheโs also a huge curry lover and spends many weekends sampling Sheffieldโs best Indian restaurants (with some firm favourites!).
Alison enjoyed eight fun years living in London, working as a dental nurse across areas such as Wimpole Street, Harley Street, and Earlโs Court, with six unforgettable years spent in Soho, where she made lifelong friends and memories.
Her bad habit? She constantly checks whether the doors are locked and the appliances are off โ but in her words, โat least Iโm careful!โ
